I think i am going to go to the doctor but i am scared what do you think they will do?? my shoulder hurst sometimes but my elbow is the worse it hurts sometimes really bad and i take tylenol or advil for the pain the elbow feels cold inside lately i don't sleep very good at the night because of the pain. Please Help me out thanks everybody for the help...

your problem could be many inflictions. for temp relief try hot and cold packs. your dr will take exrays, maybe MRI and this will probably be something minor , if it hasn't been a problem for a ny length of time. on the other hand if this has been a chronic situation, then amputation will probably work.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.
