1) Trans Fat - the worst fat to the human body
2) Corn Syrup - fake replacement for sugar; real (Cane) sugar is better for you
3) Enriched Flour
4) Non-Whole Grains
5) Anything that has a lot of any kind of fat/cholesterol (junk food)
6) Anything manufactured (literally), like hot pockets, microwave dinners, cookies, twinkies, etc, eg any food you didn't bake yourself you shouldn't eat
7) Too much dairy (it does NOT make your bones stronger as many recent studies have shown)
What do you need:
1) Water
2) Protein
You need Water to cleanse your system and make sure that protein doesn't get stuck in your kidneys.
You need Protein because it is more important than carbs and is a premium, while bread is cheap and useless (compared to how much we eat, we overeat carbs when we need water fruits veggies and protein). However, you need to drink a lot of water and exercise if you like to eat meat and protein, to make sure your system is at its peak.

Sugar is the #1 threat to health, followed by processed flours, and unhealthy oils such as canola oil, and artificial sweeteners like toxic Splenda and aspartame.

MSG. Pitty we don't know wtf it's in. A lot of things have hidden chemicals.

your choices are right on the money. normally if its white, (bread, rice, potatoes etc...) stay away from these. ANYTHING with real sugar in it ( candy, cookies, ice cream etc...). keep it up. you'll feel and look better in no time.
