my cousin(guy) i think he fingered my girl cousin while we were sleeping(we all slept in the same bed me, 3 other girl cousins and the guy cousin)because my cousin felt like she's been fingered over the night and she's a heavy sleeper so she wouldn't know, the next night i was half asleep and i felt my guy cousin putting his hand in my pants and he failed because i moved then he tried to touch my boobs but he failed again and i woke up and he stopped. so could he have fingered my other cousin?? i know it's sick but i just want to know.

I was robbed yesterday when someone mace or pepper sprayed my room trying to spray me. I didn't suffer any demise from it but it may have gotten into the rolling tobacco. He's complaining of his chest hurting now,real bad. Can this be from the spray? Should I take him to the ER?

Today I had a panic attack, it made my heart pound until I was shaking. For the past two days I've been working 14 hours days and getting about 4 hours of sleep. So do I felt very tired and sick, later on after eating some steak/mashed Potatoes I felt very full, my stomach started to hurt, and I had a acid feeling in my throat. Then I had the Panic attack, and now I feel it again. Mainly in my throat as usual but a little bit in my stomach. At the same time I'm dizy, is this Anxiety or a Ulcer. And what should I do? I'm 19 years old.

conversations with myself?

now when it comes to being arond other people sometimes i fnd it hard to express or say how i feel. It seems like i can be myself when im alone more than if im around people i dont know well.

when im by myself i can think and talk about things and people better than when im around people.

Does this mean i have a hard time trusting my feelings?

sometimes i dont know what to feel. I get confused. my emotions jump around in my head like little kids and i begin to fear and worry that everything and everyone is against me or vice versa.

I used to be a shy person, but it seems like now im dead inside and a floating indivisual who has no feelings or a mind for him self when around others.

ive kind of always been like that growing up as far as i can remember.

its really hard to have 100% confidence in everything i do. but that seems to be what this life is all about.

Does anyone feel the way i do?
Or can u please help

I have three children and today I was calling my little one, but forgot her name and then I said, "You, whatever your name is." Is this a sign of Alzheimer? It is 3:00am but now I cannot sleep. I am just testing myself to see if I remember all of the names of my family members. Can you develop it at any age? Will I forget things from now on everyday or once a week? How often? I hope I remember to come back to check the answers.
