Today I had a panic attack, it made my heart pound until I was shaking. For the past two days I've been working 14 hours days and getting about 4 hours of sleep. So do I felt very tired and sick, later on after eating some steak/mashed Potatoes I felt very full, my stomach started to hurt, and I had a acid feeling in my throat. Then I had the Panic attack, and now I feel it again. Mainly in my throat as usual but a little bit in my stomach. At the same time I'm dizy, is this Anxiety or a Ulcer. And what should I do? I'm 19 years old.

this very well could be Reflux Disease. GERD.
it is precipitated by anxiety too (&smoking')
Feeling something in the throat could be anxiety related BUT could be a symptome of Reflux too as the acidity travels from the stomach backward toward the esophagus & the throat.

Panic attacks are quite common.
Dr David Burns has just published a book, "Panic Attacks" on how to deal with them, and possibly eliminate them.

Drink only sport drinks when you are upset, no solids.

Eat slow, get some rest, and stop working yourself to death! It's probably just stress and lack of sleep, but if you feel worse or don't get any better see your doc.

It's anxiety coupled with fatigue. Take a break - eat lighter meals and get rest.
