Hill Sprints shed fat real quick and help build muscle at the same time. This is to be done only 2-3 days a week, if you do them everyday you're looking at a death wish. Start at 40 yards and work your way up. Run up and walk back down. Another program you can do is a push-up program (do as many variations as possible) with this you don't need to do 100 or more push-ups from one variation but do 15 for one, 20 the next and do 15-20 regulars. Look at that with that alone you just did 55 push-ups from different angles. This is very effective and pull-ups work great to put 2 and 2 together Chest/Back. With ab exercises, wall walking is a great one (about 2-3ft from the wall with your back facing it, bend backwards and walk down the wall as far as you can go). this is a bit scary at first cause its not easy going backwards but with a little consistancy and adding or inch or 2 each workout you will find that you can go all the way down. This works your entire core, your legs, your upper back and if you can go all the way down press up and walk back up the wall. Heres a couple sites that I personally use from its programs and its gotten in great shape in a very short amount of time, let say 6 weeks.

Push-ups if your strong enough to do at least 5 while holding your breath.
Get a pull-up bar for a fiver, then you can exercise most muscle groups. Sit-ups by putting your feet under the settee and doing 3-way sit-ups (straight up, to the left, to the right), press-ups with one hand while on your knees, this exercises minor muscle groups that otherwise get left.
There are loads of things you can use for weights, partners are useful for this. Pick up your partner in a firemans lift and do as many squats with them as you can without them falling off your shoulders, get them to use hand strength to resist you when doing sit-ups (lay behind you and hold your shoulders with minor resistance). The un-balanced resistance means more muscle-groups will be exercised this way than with weights. Basically use your imagination, you'd be amazed the number of exercises you can do with weights available immediately.

I bought Debbie Seiber's Slim in 6 Program and it is really good. It's about $75.00 total. She has a low impact aerobic workout and two extra videos that focus on your abs and butt. The abs workout has put my abs flat and defined. The workout video includeds her resistance bands and she shows you how to use them. The package comes with three videos that go up in difficulty.
I highly recommend it. It's cheap and you can just keep using it every day. If you don't have that money, then sit-ups/crunches, push ups, walk, run, or find things in your house to lift.
You can buy one set of weights like ten or twenty pounds and just use those same weights to lift. They aren't that expensive, you can order them on line. I got a pair of three pounders and use those so I won't gain. You can also get ankle weights for about six bucks a pair. Just wear them everywhere.
Hope this helps you!

Push ups.
You can also buy a couple of small weights and ankle weights for little money.
Find the exercises from health mags, or better, a personal trainer who will show the good moves. No need to buy expensive equipment, I find.
Also useful: elastic band and a swiss ball.

You can exercise using tins of veg for you arms. carrying a little extra weight as you exercise helps a lot. Have you a ruck sack? filling it and wearing it will help gives you the extra resistance you need to tone up. Remember the cheapest and best form of exercise is walking, I have been hill walking for years and still climb up to 3,000 feet and I'm nearly 70! However, you can do 'power' walks around your local area, it will work if you keep at it!

Get a skipping rope, if you have a bit of room in your home (make sure you have no light fittings in the area..). Good aerobic excerise.
Use tins of beans (or whatever takes your fancy) for small weights. Do sit ups in your bed.
If you have a partner, they can help you exercise in bed.....

Doing push ups and sit ups is very popular, why not try it.
Squat, where you bend your knees for a couple of second or as long as you can take it.
Jumping jack, where you jump while clapping your hands in the air.
Jogging, rice planting, toe reaching, trunk bending, and more.
Just try to find others on your own. It will be fun.

push ups, sit ups, aerobics all types of stretching exercises. i do reverse dips, go to the sie of your bed, palms down on the mattress or base and lower your full body down using your arms until your bum touches the floor then lift yourself up again and repeat, its very good for your triceps, lats and deltoids. you can also use your bed or sofa for push ups, put your feet on sofa or bed and do push up as normal.

Depending on your age, just power - walking (walking briskly, in order to push up your heart rate) will do the trick.
Skipping is another way.
advanced yoga classes.
Good Luck !!!
