well i traid many kind of training but no onw of them be good with me - i am 25 years- 59 kg- 180 cm.
and if there's any good web sites
who can advice me

Well with you being that skinny, you should start with a general weightlifting training, same program every time, about 3 times a week. Most gyms can give a general program to you. Just concentrate most on your diet, eat lots and lots, preferrably something every 3 hours and atleast 2 hot meals per day.

After you've gotten used to the program (takes like 2 months), get a 3 or 4-day program with different muscle groups every day. Again, most gyms have these programs too. Just keep on eating healthily and enough. You'll be surprised if you count how many calories you have to get and how much (good) food you have to eat to get enough.

Eat a lot of protein, get a diet supplementary protein drink to complete your diet if you find it hard (and most do) to get enough protein and calories in general. Dont eat **** (chips, candy etc) and dont drink soft drinks or alcohol. You can get approximately 6kg's of lean muscle mas per year, so be prepared for a long working stretch, depending on what you want to weigh ofcourse.

I started out at 184cm/62kg's, and I'm at 78kg's now (I was at 85kg's at max, but that had ~6kg's of fat in it)
