Im currently using Protein powder and bsn no xplode (1 - 2 scoops prior to workout). I am definetly going to invest in a creatine, but am not sure which one one I should purchase. I was thinking Muscletech's Celltech as I have heard some very positive reviews on it. I am currently 16 years of age 5'9", and 70kg (154pounds), and train each muscle group individually, so am performing 5 workouts per week.. Please give me some constructive answers, no crap about that I shouldnt train or take protein please!

England and Wales only.
Under planned health reorganisations, local hospitals are planned to close down. How often would you miss them. How often would you travel miles and miles further?

My mom has been fighting to get disability 2.5 years. I wrote our Senator and our situation in the beginning. He's been somewhat involved, mostly just informing us of up and coming court dates, etc...but we always had that information from the Social Security Admin. before...so it wasn't too much help.

She has already been before a judge twice, because her first judge died before we heard his decision. Anyway, today she got a letter in the mail that is from her Senator informing her that "according to the office of hearing and appeals, your claim is ready to be scheduled".

We are wondering what this means. We tried contacting her lawyer but he's out of the office for a while. It says her "claim is ready to be scheduled", so that can't mean that her courtdate is scheduled because we've already done that...twice! The letter is dated very recent, so we know it's not old or back logged mail. Can someone decipher that sentence?? Please!!!

I am 5'0" & 100 lbs - I don't exercise much & have been blessed w/ a good metabolism (no kids yet, though, so I am sure it will change sooner or later)...I have recently started exercising more for my health. Is a brisk walk (my pace is VERY brisk) 3x a week for 30 min each a good amount to promote good health & not necessarily lose weight (but maybe develop some muscle)? I really hate working out & I get bored with it very easily, so I am trying to find something that I will actually stick with & I think 3x a week is a pretty attainable goal right now...

For the purposes of this question cancer is excluded. So is HIV (even though it is a virus).

I have been out to the world, but never really in danger.

Whenever I get my period, I get really bad cramps in my thighs and in my butt. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do about it? The cramps in my butt make it so that I can't even walk.

I'm 16 years old, and sometimes I get these pains, it's only on the left side, around where my heart is. I get it if I laugh(exhaling) and when I breath in deeply. Is this something that I should be worried about?
