By writing things down in a notebook, So that your memory isn't filled with unnecessary things, leave notes in prominent places in the house so that they will remind you what to do and when to do it. You could call your book my aide d' memoire. O.K. so it's been done before -so what?

Startling is solitude. We need at least 2 hrs. a day to ponder and empty our minds. 30 min. is recommended but I perfer 8 days a month. I take time for it.

One good way is to play an instrument. When its time for me to study Ill take a break and play something. It can really open things up for you.
