There's not a lot to go on there "picky eater". Start by eating salads with your steak and chicken instead of pasta, rice, or potatoes. Pizza can be healthy if you avoid heavy and greasy toppings. It's not pizza without the cheese, but avoid all meat toppings (sausage, pepperoni, and ham on the same pizza). Make your hamburgers in a George Foreman grill to eliminate the fats. Start exercising too. With your diet, you are going to need exercise to burn calories and avoid fat build-up.

Hmm sounds like because of being so picky you're eliminating many foods that you should be eating. I understand tho, I used to be this way too. Do you not like any fish? Salmon is great. Let me tell you what is not good in your list-steak, pizza, and burger. These are too fatty. White meats are better, and if you're eating chicken, making them in casseroles are great, just eating it plain is too boring and doesn't taste good after awhile.
You should be eating red meat only once or twice a week.
Because you aren't eating alot of veggies and fruits, you really need to be taking a multi vitamin daily.. Even a child's version a chewable would be good, your nutrition is lacking.
If you would add in some exercise you would lose alot faster. If you can walk or go to a club, this would help, actually taking a 45 minute walk daily would take it off quite fast.

The reason they have bacon and sausage mainly used for breakfast is because it is they most fattening food out there. So this gives you the whole day to burn that fat off. They make lunch and salads for mainly lunch to help boost your energy. Yes! I know that most dinners are steak, hamburger, and pork chops. These meals were actually for the children to help them get grow and it is for the adults to eat to treat themselves (every now and then for the good things they have accomplished, but don't forget we do have Chicken and Fish which are the two healthiest meats out there. You can eat these to meats any way you wish and still stay healthy, energitic, and loose those pounds. What you need to do is make up your mind do you want the steak and hamburgers for lunch (so that you have time to burn the fat) or dinner ( so you have time tosit on your a.. and gain more weight). I would suggest switch lunch for dinner and dinner for lunch. Another reason you might want to make this switch is at lunch time you're not as hungry as you are at dinner.

Try the ABS DIET!!!! worked for me......lost 4 inches and got six pack! eat realllly good foods if you like meat and gourmet food like italian food and mexican food and burgers etc. Easiest diet ever!

If you want to loose weight, you need to change your diet and exercise.
