Im currently using Protein powder and bsn no xplode (1 - 2 scoops prior to workout). I am definetly going to invest in a creatine, but am not sure which one one I should purchase. I was thinking Muscletech's Celltech as I have heard some very positive reviews on it. I am currently 16 years of age 5'9", and 70kg (154pounds), and train each muscle group individually, so am performing 5 workouts per week.. Please give me some constructive answers, no crap about that I shouldnt train or take protein please!

I've always found creatine to be useful and helpful in conjunction with protein powder. I found that it helped me recover faster. I mainly used it in high school while I was playing football. Over the course of 4 years, i went from 5'8, 165 lb to 6'0, 200 lbs (obviously the height growth didn't come from the creatine). Some of that was growth but I also gain quite a bit of muscle mass. I think the main thing is your workout schedule and it seems that you've got a solid plan laid out

As people on the popular boards will tell you MuscleTech is overpriced. I used to take CellTech a few years ago, but have found a few better creatines out there since. The two I would recommend are BSN Cell Mass (would go nicely with your BSN NO Xplode) or Controlled Labs' Green Magnitude. The Green Magnitude is great, especially since you have enough servings for 3 months.

The whey protein is good. Soy protein will give you gas. I can tell you from my brother in law taking creatine, he becomes a raging asshole because of the testosterone. There is nothing wrong with training or protein, but from watching my brother in law who is in his early 30's, I would stay away from creatine at your age, you have enough hormonal things going on. What about some weight gainer? 5'9 at 154 is pretty thin.

You should only buy from a health food store that way someone at the store can recommend something.
