Just for a little while, your muscle mass may grow faster than you lose fat. DON'T panic! Soon that added muscle will start helping burn fat and you'll start seeing real results!
Also, don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat, so your numbers might be screwy for a bit, too.
On the other hand, this SHOULD equalize in about 8 weeks after starting a routine, if not, see your doctor for advice! GOOD LUCK!!

A lot of times when you start a new exercise program you will gain muscle before you really start losing any weight. The muscle gained may give you an appearance of getting fatter until that additional muscle starts helping you burn more calories.

This may be a chemical thing so you may want to go talk to your doctor and explain to him or her why you're gaining weight when you've been changing your diet and exercising. They may run some blood tests to find out why you're gaining instead of losing.I could suggest a website that could help answer such a question using natural methods.

without knowing exactly what you are doing it's hard to say. You may not be eating enough and your body is going into starvation mode and hanging on to every little thing you put in your body. Or you may be over doing it on the exercising which can cause you to go in the opposite dirrection also.

How long have you been "eating health and exercising"
It's not an overnight, over-week, or even over-month process.
You need a consistent, dedicated and long term plan to tell if you are losing weight.
