That's perfectly normal, it happened to me when I first started my periods. They can be very irregular as you are growing up. Just go see your doctor and she can give you some advice. There is no way you can force your period to come. But don't worry, it is totally natural. check this website out, it may answer some of your questions. good luck!

When you're young and first starting to have periods they are hardly ever regular. When I was 14-15 I went through periods that came every few months and periods that would start a week or 2 early. I know this will sound cliche, but your body is changing. If you've just started having periods, like you stated, then there's nothing to worry about. Nutrition and stress can also affect your periods, so try to eat right and lower your stress level. Give yourself a few months to really level out before you start worrying over a missed period, especially since you're a virgin.

You can't do anything to make it come. If you JUST got your period about 5 months ago then that means you are very young and you need to talk to your mother about this issue. You may or may not have anything wrong with you, because when you first get your period they can be very sperratic (spelling??), meaning they aren't regular and do not come on a monthly basis. The best thing for you to do is to tell your mom and see what she says and then maybe go to the doctor to make sure everything is okay.

if your not comfortable talking toyour mom or in some cases and i hope its not true, a young lady doesnt have a mom to talk to. ask the nurse in school. she will be able to help you. being that you just started your period, you may just be irregular. it can take sometimes a year before you become regular. try to find someone you can trust. even a best friends mom sometimes can help. good luck and dont stress out to much cause that can make it worse and later.

There is probably nothing wrong - lots of girls have irregular periods to begin with. If you miss another I would see a doctor. Sometimes endocrine imbalances, ovarian cysts, and other things can contribute to irregularities. Better to rule things out and be sure nothing is wrong.

With some girls, it is common to skip periods when they first start. Sometimes just the stress of being concerned can delay it. If youare really worried, you should call your doctor.
