I have been coughing up these things for a while now but not all the time they dont come up in flem i cough then realise a minute after its in my mouth they are small yellowy pieces with a very bad smell to them and have started to have tiny black pieces in the middle ? is this serious or has anyone had the same thing?

everytime i go outside and breathe, i ask people about it. they often give me weird looks and point at trees. i go to converse with said tree but no answer replies. so i come here and ask you how does air work. i put it in my lungs and my lungs does something with it but they don't tell me about it and i feel weary about their deceit. upon realizing this air was always penetrating my body i attempted to catch it with a net and question it in my dungeon but to no avail. does anyone have the answer to which i seek?

My daughter was molested and raped and even tortured by her cousin, a babysitter, and more recently, a random 40 year old. She is very moody, she's been drinking, sexually promiscuous, and she has been diagnosed with a variety of mental health disorders, including BPD. She lives with her father, even though I have custody of her, because she just won't talk to me, but relates to him. My ex called me this morning and told me that our daughter has been cutting herself with a knife, repeatedly. She won't talk to therapists. She won't take medication. I really don't know what to do to help her. She is getting to be alot of trouble for us to deal with. How can I help her?

I have 2 cyst one on each ovary i have talked to alot of people but none with 2 I was wondering if anyone had this procedure done and give me insight as to what to expect after surgery. I really would like to hear from someone who had 2 removed at the same time, however any feed back will be helpful even if you never experienced this but have knowledge on the matter.

My dads doctor put him on Wellbutrin to help him stop smoking.
He has not smoked for 6 months now...but he is having heart problems and he is addicticted to Wellbutrin.

looking to invest in a good pair of shoes.

I am new to running. and only run about an hour every day. but i need a very good shoe. I'm hurt right now because of the pair of shoes that i most recently got. I bought them last month but they hurt the bottom of my feet because they were too hard at the heel.

I have have all kinds of bloodwork done and everything is "normal" I need to loose only 25 pounds but I am 2 tired to exercise.I can barely get the housework done.I loose my breath easy.The doctors say nothing is wrong with me but I know it has to be something...am I just nuts?

I was thinking about it, and they say you should drink 8 glasses.
How much is 8 glasses of water anyways?
I know on the back of cokes and sodas they say a "serving size" 8 oz.
Is this considered 1 glass of water too?
