The general rule is that you can continue doing any exercise that your body is already accustomed to, unless your doctor has a specific reason why she wants your activity limited.

It is safe and prefered by doctors to continue your regualr exercise until about 6-7 months pregnant. So unless you are a high risk preg. don't stop until your doctors says, your yoga booty will than you for it at the end of the 9 months.

my mom played tennis with me until she was 6 months lol.. so long as you aren't in pain you'll be fine.. you aren't going to hurt the baby.. if nothing else you'll probably aid the baby by helping clear toxins out of your system.. but with all things medical.. don't take my word for it, call your doctor and get a professional opinion
