pregnancy hormone is more concentrated in the first morning urine. The newer tests can detect this hormone as soon as three days. Read the labels as the tests differ.

It probably says best first thing in the morning. Anytime is ok. You want to avoid lots of beverages before the test so a more pure urine.

You can take it two wks after your last intercoarse. A lot of women who have regular period take it a few days after their missed period. You could also go to the gyno and get a blood test taken!

You would usually take it when your late on your period. Anytime after that should give you an accurate result, depending on the brand.

to be accurate you need to be at least six weeks out from the first day of your last period.
