I mean they don't know anything about the brain works. They think antidepressants work but they can't prove that. ALL placebo studies that were done correctly have shown no effect of depression remission from antidepressants. They really don't know if a depressed person has too much of this chemical or too little of this. Talk therapy is like talking to a wall that you pay for. I'm sorry if I sound arrogant..but I can prove all these things. I have had depressive episodes for 15 years and while I will have times of normal mood..in general it is only getting worse. Why don't they tell us the truth about depression treatment.?.is it because the drug companies are the one's they have to answer to. fuzzy numbers and stats.. I wouldn't be suprised..i think the buisness of depression care has become a crooked buisness...anyone agree?

ok this is kind of a rediculus question but i came in contact with pre ejaculate like a week ago and i was a little concerned because my periods are irregular so i wouldnt know when to take the pregnancy test..and lately my urine has been very cloudy i dont know if this is a sign of pregnancy.......could i be pregnant or am i just making myself crazy?

I just recently graduate with a degree in Business Administration but am interested in going into the field of Optometry. I have taken courses such as Statistics and obviously business. My overall G.P.A. is a 2.6 but major G.P.A. is a 3.5. I know optometry schools have a very keen admission requirements. Will I have to return to a community college to complete biology, physics, chemistry, etc., since I majored in business and did not take these subjects in college but rather high school, or can I apply to an optometry school already? I understand my grades aren't well but I can say that I am extremely active in the community as well as proficient in many technical skills. I have been founder of two organizations on campus and have taken many leadership positions as well as a rich background working for various organizations. Thank you for your help. Greetings! =)

I took Accutane when I was in high school for about a year and a few years later I took it again for about 6 months in college. While on it in college I drank heavily even though I knew I wasn't supposed to. I am now 31 and am experiencing a lot of dryness on my face as well as flushing and small breakouts. I think I may have damaged my liver by drinking on the medicine. What kind of tests can I have done to see if I have liver damage?

I have to escape my abusive husband. I have beautiful baby boy. I am depressed, anorexic/bulimic, cutter with anxiety. If I find couple to adopt baby so he will have wonderful life, then I hang myself. Or do I go to homeless shelter with my baby. Can I get social services in the shelter? Are there cribs? Do they kick you out in the day and make you come back and bed time. Live in New Jersey, will get cold soon. Should I hitchhike to a warm state and be homeless there? I am also ill and may need brain surgery for my epilepsy. Need to research all of this. Any imput would be appreciated. Can not tell family. Thanks.

How is it that some people can stay up late just about everynight, go out partying and drinking, but then still get up early the next day and not look like they are sleep deprived? I mean, their eyes are'nt bloodshot, there's no dark circles under their eyes and they seem alert. There is not a single day that I wake up and don't have bloodshot eyes and dark circles under my eyes, and that I'm not tired, regardless of how long I sleep. How do these other people do that? And what can I do?(Besides using Visine, that is)

I've though of many ways of killing myself especially when i get fed up with my parents and life, i start to fantasize of the many different ways i can kill myself or ways i can gey hurt and end up in the hosipital and never wake up....of course i've never atttempt to do anything that would lead to any of those things is there something wrong with me?

My daughter(17) was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma this year and just got finished her radiation treatment Tuesday. I need meal ideas after radiation treatment. She can't have green veggies nor corn. Any ideas except the goofy ones will be accepted. thanks in advance.

But is there some kind of band you can wrap around yourself to help you sweat more while exercising? Or something like that? Someone once told me that you can wrap yourself in plastic wrap, obviously you will sweat, but is there something you can buy?

Also, does doing that, and sweating help you lose inches?
