if you are serious, you should see MD. you may not be suicidal but have anxiety about it (or obsessive thoughts). either way you need to see an MD a common medication could work wonders for you. good luck.

If you are a young person these thoughts are not totally uncommon. But dwelling on thoughts like these are not healthy. You say you think this way when You are "fed up" it is a process's of trying to figure out some kind of solution to the problem, since these actions are not an option you should tell yourself that and not think this way after time you will not. In the mean time if you feel like this try calling someone, talking in person to someone, or even asking specific questions on line to help you sort things out, or just to "vent" until you feel better.

Dear Lost,
Alot of others have gone through the same thing. Myself included. As a teen, boy did I fantasize of different ways to end it all. I had an alcoholic stepfather who was abusive and I just wanted out. I was very frustrated with life. I thought it should be one way and it wasn't, so I was angry and sad. I was frustrated. It sounds like you are too. I think a lot of people think of suicide and such, but luckily, most, the smart ones, DON'T end their lives. It's easy to think of the quick way out. But it's not worth it. What worked for me was looking at myself and seeing the good things in me and what I can do. That led to being good in art and music. I have been playing for years. I got good at football and writing and playing music. So when I got frustrated, I would go into one of those things. I'd practice my guitar or drums, or I would draw or design things. Next thing you know, my mind was so occupied with something I loved and was good at, that I would not be frustrated and could think rationally about what it is that bugged me in the first place. My thoughts of ending it all soon disappeared forever. It may not work for everyone, but it did for me. I know things with parents can't always be easy, but giving up your life is definately not the way to fix it. My advice is to think of something you like that settles you down when you feel like that. Something that gets your mind off of it until you can look at it calmly. If you ever do have strong feelings of hurting yourself, or worse, please see a professional. I hope this helps.

Well, everyone probably thinks about this from time to time, but would not actually do it. Do you think you might ever act on these thoughts? You may be becoming more obsessive about these thoughts than being actually depressed. It depends. Do you feel really sad? Have you had a change in appetite/sleeping habits? Do you feel hopeless? Do you not enjoy things you once used to? If any of these apply to you, then you could be depressed and need to seek professional help right away!

No, nothing is wrong. I think about it alot when im depressed.
Have you ever been depressed before? How did you get over that? What can you learn from this so you dont have to feel this **** again? These are some questions that you can think about to fill up your head with while the things that are making you depressed slowly fade away. Which hopefully they will, if not here's my email address. Mashetti@sbcglobal.net I have had alot of problems and maybe I can share my experiences and what I did or maybe I can just listen, whatever though. Thanks

Seems like an evil force has entered your mind and is trying to get to u seriously.
U need to stop it immediately, U need to open the bible and all these crazy feelings will disappear.
Evil forces cannot stand holy words of the bible.
You will see the difference immediately.
SIngin from a hymn book will stop these evil forces also.
Do not let any evil forces enter your mind while u are awake.
They may lure in your window seals and enter your dreams at night, which u have no control over,
You will have to pray about that.
Remember evil forces hate the word blood of Jesus which is pure and holy..
Say in your mind Rebuke ye evil forces and devils by the blood of Jesus, u will notice these evil thoughts will disappear immediately. The power of God is a miracle to have in the mind

Life for a teenager is very difficult. But you should NEVER feel like it is so terrible that you must end it? You have a whole lifetime to go. You will change your mind as you get older. If you are unhappy with your current situation, you have the power to change it. Don't sit there begging God to help you. That's why we have free will. YOU create your own life.

yes you are depressed, but not to a serious level, you are not even close to a Manic case. But if you don't try to get some help now to explore more your feelings, you may slip further down into deep depression, which is NOT FUN! I'm sure what you are going through is not fun, but it CAN get worse. Try talking to your doctor about what you are feeling and he should consider anti-depressant as a means to help you with these feelings. Hope this helps!

Your threatening yourself. It's anger causing you to wanna hurt yourself, but i doubt it your depressed.I had that feeling many time's when i was young.I threaten to kill myself [was actually saying that in my mind]I starated looking for object's that would do harm to me.The dumbest thing was i actually did it so that i could get attention. Not purposely. When my parent's were lecturing me i felt angry/crying and started thinking stupid grab an object in front of them and at the stage of nearly stabbing myself.I had a feeling that i couldn't like something was holding me back. And i was to scared to stab myself and die.Well soon after you will actually get over it and continue on with life. And start respecting your parent's it happens to alot of people. They seem to wanna kill themself then they think of alot of good people and friends and important thing's in there life they may miss and never see again.

Maybe depressed, maybe seeking attention? Either way, you need to see a Dr. There are meds to help you and some good therapy wouldn't hurt. Try talking to your parents. I think we've all been there hun. Good luck
