Always have regular check-ups, keep to a well balanced diet, and cut out the cigarettes, this will help prevent many cancers in the first place.

it depends on what kind of cancer. most cancers kill similarly to the aids virus where they deplete the body's immune system and reduce the white blood cell count.

where cancer is different is in that it physically grows, like a parasite, taking nutrients from the body.
