I am so sick, I feel like I am going to throw up now, and My nose is stuffy, any tips to make it go away.

Dont sleep if you are really sick until you feel better, keep moving, you dont want to shoke on your puick if you go to sleep, it can happen. Take a shower, drink hot tea or eat hot soup. Take tylenol or advil, try finding the right position that you feel best at. Sometimes when I sit down with my head between my legs and my hands over my head I feel a hell of alot better.

Go run just hot water in the bathroom with the door tightly closed for about 5 mins. So the room fills with steam.. Shut off the water and sit in there inhale and exhale slowly this will help your congestion. You will also be right where you need to be if you happen to get sick

drink some ginger ale or sprite, if you have a ventalator use it or use vicks vapor rub and lay down and get some rest. you should be fine. sounds like you have a stomach bug on top of sinus congestion due to the change in the weather. you should be fine.

Pepto Bismol and a decongestant. Afrin maybe. Drink something warm. Get some rest.

Hey man...try this.
Pure ....two drops of lemon juice in each nose....its going to hurt...but it ll make your nose feel good.
And for the sicknes....try to eat some energy bar.
