Many possiblilties:
Excessive prolactin production (may or may not be from a pituitary tumor), too much stimulation of the nipples (over-eager lover or a lot of bouncing in a loose bra), thyroid problems, breast cancer, infection, certain medications, idiopathic...
Best to see your doctor to get a hormone check and a breast exam, just to be sure.

Have you been around babies lately? I had a friend who adopted a baby and she started to produce breast milk. Her doctor told her that it is normal to do that when you are very close to a baby. Or it's possible that it is not milk but a discharge. Either way you should go and see the doctor.

It could be that your hormone levels are a little crazy right now, but just to be safe you should see your doctor immediately. Don't take any chances with changes in our breasts - it's always better to be safe not sorry.

Some antipsychotic medications cause lactation. Are you on any prescription medications? A side effect might be discharge from breasts.

first check your thyroid, then check for breast cancer. (mine was thyroid)
