There are synthetic insulated exercise suits you can buy. They were popular about 25 years ago. They aren't necessarily unhealthy. They will make you sweat and lose water weight. You have to be careful not to get dehydrated.
You can go to a spa and buy a series of herbal wraps that will help you lose inches. Of course, this is only temporary if you do not continue to exercise and eat healthy.

You can find these items at your local Walmart with the other work-out goods. I actually bought a Gold's Gym suit made out of plastic to wear while exercising. It really helps you shed water weight. You can also go to certain spas and get a whole body wrap. They wrap you in ace bandages soaked in herbs and then make you wear a plastic suit. It's only temporary but it does work.

You can buy an exercise suit that is made to make you sweat while exercising they also have things you can put around your waist, hips etc... And yes sweating help you lose weight because you are losing water from your body, but it comes right back when you take in liquids.

I used to have one but the inside that touches the skin is made with rubber and I'm very sensitive to the scent and feel of it, have a reaction similar to allergic if I keep it on in the sun for multiple days while sweating. So I haven't used it in while. I can say it makes you FEEL like you've lost more inches, but what it does is shape you temporarily. It'll seem permanent if you're the sort to exercise very often in the day with it though. I wouldn't advise it. Losing water isn't a good way to lose weight; you need to replace that water.

Sweating is good for you, but blocking your skin pores with plastic is not. Generally speaking, things that are unhealthy are not really attractive, so why engage in them if you're looking to improve your looks/physique? To get results a little faster? If that's the case, microwave your next turkey dinner rather than bake it in the oven. Mmm, now that's attractive!

Athletes sweat for weight loss to make it into a weight class for their event. They just run in sweats to lose water weight. If this wrap existed they would use it, but they don't so I assume it doesn't.
It is very good for reducing your actual weight in the short run, but does little for your appearance.
