ok so there prolly isnt an easy asnwer to this but is there a way i can lose weight quickly. I know eating healthy and excercing...but i hear drinking lots of water can help as well....i wanna lose about 20 pound by the end of october for a wedding. Any other ideas?

My dad passed away on 16th May this year from secondary liver cancer (which was only diagnosed on 27th March 2006 after he was admitted to hospital after an 'abnormal liver scan' on 13th March). For 25 years he had worked at a local plastics factory (which makes castors etc for chairs) and when I looked up causes of liver cancer on the internet, it mentioned Vinyl Chloride was a potential cause, this was used at the factory my dad worked in. Has anyone else heard of this link to this particular cancer before?

In the sense of realtime chat or a message board like this. I think I may have swallowed some Afrin and cant find out what may happen if I do. I dont have the box on me either. So, I cant read the warning label.

I'm under my mom and I lost my insurance several months ago because I took the semester off from college. I just got reinstated few weeks ago. Anyways, a few months ago I lost several of my fillings--in succession. Because of this when I accidentally bit down on a steak bone I lost two of my right back teeth (not right away) and one of them is only half gone, some is still embedded on the bottom. On my left, my top back teeth has a big hole and my tooth is throbbing! Directly below it is another that lost a huge chunk of the filling. I'm so embarassed going to the dentist. I couldn't do anything about it during the time I had no insurance. I have an appointment this friday but I don't think they cover bridges, crowns or whatever they do to replace my missing teeth. What should I do?

I stink no matter what. No deoderant/antiperperant works. I put it on and an hour later I stink. Gross. I bathe and change clothes so thats no the problem. I am cursed with horroble BO.

I have been found to have sub-scapular bursitis. I have had a hard time finding a doctor who knows anything about it. I got my period on aug 23 and its only sept 20 now. i have been feeling weird, sore breast, tired, stomach cramps. i had a blood test done on sept 11 but it came back neg. i think it might have been too early to detect the hcg in me if i an pregnant. do u think it was too early to tell or think it was accurate. i just want to know.

I've been trying to conceive for two months now. My period this month was expected on the 15th. I started feeling slight cramping on the 10th. On the 14th I started bleeding lightly and it lasted until the 16th. So, I only bled two full days but only lightly. And, now today I'm experiencing slight cramping. The discomfort I'm feeling today is in my lower back, stomach, and hips.

This is weird because every period I had up until now (with exception to being on birth control) has started real heavy. I usually have to wear a pad and tampon to control the bleeding. And, my cramps are usually severe but not this time. I'm trying to get in to see my doctor but she is booked until the 30th of October so I need some advice.

So, what do you think may be going on with my body?

I had been first been given Amoxocillin by an idiot dr who thought I had a yeast infection, but 5 days in, more burning/pain, so I saw a 2nd dr who found bacteria in my urine and gave me Cipro.

The Cipro worked and took away the symptoms 3 days in, BUT, the side effects (muscle soreness, joint tenderness, etc) was too much, so dr said stop Cipro pending lab results of urine test - I should finally have those tomorrow.

I don't see how they can make me wait for lab results - I think it makes sense that it was indeed a UTI as the Cipro WAS working. Anyway, besides drinking lots of water, what else can I do to keep this at bay? I think the dr's today really blow, and I feel like they are so dragging this out - lab test should have been DONE by day 3, now it's day 5.
