That should do it. Stay off the bread (no more than one piece per sit down session). No milk. No beer. No booze. No in between snacks unless you're eating carrots or apples.
Fibred fruits, excercise, and olive oil are your best friends. Pizza, cheese, red meat, ice cream, and soda are you enemies.

You can do it if you work out in the AM. and P.M.
In eating right is VERY VERY important. I know, I have a wedding on the 14th of Oct my weight is 230. I would like to lose about 15 by then , and I can, going the extra mile working out. Good luck and have fun @ the wedding.

1. Water to drink. No sodas..even diet.
2. will power and self control.since you want to loose for a special occasion you have a target. with will power you can surely make it to next month.
3. eat what come from the earth. no pre processed junk. even if it looks healthy. a lot of sodium in those.

drop your calories to 1000 a day. don't cheat, quit sugar, caffiene and everything else you like.
Count your calories is what counts.
You can't add anything to your diet to lose weight, you need to take things out.
