In the sense of realtime chat or a message board like this. I think I may have swallowed some Afrin and cant find out what may happen if I do. I dont have the box on me either. So, I cant read the warning label.

web md. or call poison contol. 411 will give you the number or look in your phone book if you have time. or if you ingested afrin in the last 10-20 minutes, you can induce vomitting to try to get the afrin out.

Afrin has a bad taste, but shouldn't harm you if swallowed. (see link to dukehealth.org)
