Try to eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as possible. Excersize, take time for yourself. Keep processed and fast foods to a minimum. Im not a veg, or anything, but I have found that around that time of the month, it helps.

before you start your period like 1-2 days ahead of time, start taking ibuprofen and midol, and then all the way through your period. it seems to lessen the effects on me, as I have terrible periods.

try yoga it helps over a period of time.if u re in india try ayurvedic treatment.jus one mnth can make periods pain free
