It doesn't mean like that at all. Flowers are beautiful part of nature that everyone may adore. You may say it is mostly a female to like flowers? Of course not! Men like flowers beter than girls. But just because flowers has some association with expression of emotions which females tend to be more emotional thus gives a notion that liking flowers is a part of a female character.
Knowing yourself of your thoughts and feelings are the things you need to realize to understand if you are gay.

What is it that you like about flowers?
Do you like the colors? The smell? The many different varieties? OK! Then you must be gay!! Did I miss something? Are men not supposed to like flowers? I know alot of men who buy flowers. That does not mean that they are all gay.
Flower choice can actually tell you alot about a person.
If you love daisies, you tend to notice things that other people may miss. For example, the different shades of pink in the sky when the sun sets, or the hint of sadness behind someone's smile.
If you prefer lilies, you are a very nurturing person. In fact, people are drawn to you. A few words from you may make a person feel 100% better.
If you like roses better, you are the kind of person who gets called first with exciting news. You may be very social but you also love your alone time.
If you like tulips, you thrive on change. You are always thinking of new ways to improve your (or your family's) life.

i like flowers myself.. hell some of them even have um.. medicinal properties to them :D he he he.
flowers are also very functional and if you got a girl.. well what a great way to get her something special, make her a garden for her favorites... if you can grow them and keep them alive maybe one day you can propose to that special lady by planting the flowers so it spells out "will you marry me" or something he he.. i know that's dumb.
but no flowers are for everyone.
get into a alittle herb-ology you can do many things with flower other than a bouquet for her for that special time. (along with some nice wine and dinner :D)
