Last year was the year of bad luck. I broke my ankle..lost my job...couldn't get anouther job for 8mo. I was on crutches for 6mo. I got a new job that pays $1,000 less a mo. I am paying off expenses aquired during unemployment. The car I bought before losing my previous job takes up over 1/2 of my income. I make $9hr. I am a single parent. This sucks. Any ideas?

Anyone else been sick lately? I've had the flu for 3 days, just getting over it. My step-granddaughter, my step-son-inlaw and srep-daughter in law, were all sick too. My husband had to go to 3 stores to get me Theraflu! They told him at the third store , they couldn't keep it in stock because so many people where we live in IL.outside of Chicago, are sick with flu and cold.

I'm having really bad pains that feel kind of sharp at the top of my stomach/in my rib cage, and it's been happening for about a week. Has anyone ever experienced this, or is there a doctor out there that could tell me what it sounds like? It comes and goes and it lasts for about 20 seconds, but when it happens I can barely breath because when I do it hurts worse. Please help! Thanks:)

Ok this sounds so dumb but please give me your thoughts.... ok i had a cup of coffee and 2 bites of a gronola bar for breakfast at about 8 am then at 12:15 i had 3 bites (less then a spoonfull for me) of pilaf rice and 4 fork fulls of salad a small roll and a scwer of teriyaki chicken (a 1 inch thick and 3 inch long piece) and 2 bits of a normal size sugar cookie.....ok it sound like a ton to me is it???? on a plate it probably cover about 1/2 of a normal size dinner plate...i know this sounds crazy but im taking HOODIA and i should not be eating alot and this sounds and feels like a TON of food...thoughts please thanx

So, when I was 2, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She did her chemo- treatments, had a visectomy (however you spell it), and 15 years later... she's all better and 100% clear of any cancer at all. She's 47.

My gram (mom's mom) was just diagnosed with Lukemia. Her memory has been going for a long time now and everyday she'll be talking about something, end the conversation, then start talking about the same thing again. The doctors say its the cancer. It's so hard watching this disease kill her. She's 80.

Me. I'm 17, and I have no medical problems... my future isn't looking good though. My boyfriend and I are so scared I'm going to get cancer. Even my doctor wants to start mammograms as early as 20.
I'm scared...It's not like this is affecting my life drastically and I think about it every minute of every day but.. it's always in the back of my head saying: Brittany what if you get cancer...
help?

My best friend and I are taking up practical nursing. One time she show me her breast, she told me to observe her breast, because she felt that there is something wrong to her breast. So I found out that there is a form of mass on her left breast. I don't know what to think that time. Is it a tumor or just something? Im worried for her. And what are the risk factor of having a breast cancer?
