Hi there!

A lot of these weight loss supplements seem to work since the celebrities that take them resort to other methods yet herald the product to make money and get PR.

I can't say for certain that Anna Nicole was an example of this, but I kind of think so. It would not surprise me if she had some type of gastric surgery since she lost a lot of weight really fast.

The thing you really want to look for in diet pills is an appetite suppresent and / or a fat burner. Thus, check the active ingredients. As far as the fat burner goes: caffeine and ephedrine seem to be the big two. These do increase your metabolism by raising your heart rate, however, they have a few side effects so do not go over the recommended dose, as this can lead to problems.

If you are trying to lose weight, I would suggest the following to get started as it works for almost all of my clients.

First, consume 1500 calories a day or less and break up your food into about five meals of 300 calories each. Second, stay active. You don't have to sweat buckets. Do things like taking the stairs vs. escalator. Go shopping. Walk the dog. Etc.

If you do this, you should see results within the week. If you want to try some fat burners / diet pills on top of this go ahead, they could accellerate the weight loss.

Try to have someone check in with you to be sure you stay the course on your program.

However, to just take diet pills is very ineffective and results are usually short lived.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

I can't even hear that word without Anna Nicole in my head "TRIMSPA baby!". LOL! (poor Anna. I feel so bad for her)

Anyways, no, I've not tried Trimspa but I have tried multiple other diet pills and found that they worked on a temporary basis. If you have issues with your blood sugar though (I have low blood sugar) I wouldn't recommend it. I finally lost all of my weight on the Cambridge Diet. It's very healthy and inexpensive. If you're interested see the link below. If you're really set on Trimspa then I say "why not give it a try?!".
