Drink a big glass of ice cold water. (It burns calories)
Brush your teeth.
Get your mind off it by exercising or doing a project.

make sure to drink plenty of water.what some people don't know is that the brain sometimes misinterpret thirst cravings for hunger cravings. make sure to drink a big glass of water and then wait for another 15 minutes, because thats how long cravings usually last

brush your teeth you wont want to mess up the cleaness lol but really it works and remember a craving only lasts 15 min if you can keep busy for 15 min it will pass you. also try chewing gum good luck

I was told by a nutritionist that sometimes our body's mistake thirst for hunger. A lot of times our body is thirsty, so she told me always try a bottle of water before snacking on anything.

Drink water first...they say you're usually thirsty when you're craving for food. Drink water when you're craving period. When you try to lose weight, you eat to live, and not live to eat.

Try drinking really cold water, about 4 oz. at a time. Also chewing on something like celery helps.

Drink a lot of water and also chew sugarless gum or sugar free candy when you start feeling a bit hungry.. Good Luck that is what I do and it helps me!

by eating! don't go hungry, it's not healthy. eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies, and exersice moderately but frequently. sorry, but it's really the only way.
