It sounds to me like you are eating very little food. If your intention is to lose weight, you should lose some.
I suggest that you get some exercise and eat a little more. That will be better for you and your figure.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

No it's not alot but it doesn't sound like healthy eating. Try eating balanced meals. Ditch the coffee if you can it's just empty calories and those diet stuff have way too much caffeine as it is.

you're to fixated on what you think you're eating...doesn't sound like you're eating enough, especially of the right stuff.
Fruits and Veggies. That fact that you know how many bites you've had of everything you've had to eat is psychologically alarming to me. This isn't a TON of food. I don't even thing you've hit 500 calories.

Your stomach is the size of your hand so don't eat more than can fit in your hand. Eat about 6 times a day and your metabolism will stay up.

You are far too fixated on your eating habits. A lot is two words by the way.

you may as well be anorexic if you're going to eat that little. if you want to stay healthy, eat normal portions of healthy foods.
