That is not a good idea you will hurt your esophagus. It may also become habit forming and lead to anorexia or binge and purge which is not good. Exercise is good to lose weight but not and the vomiting it is unhealthy. By eating a healthy balanced diet and having a regular exercise program you will not only lose weight but keep it off. Take care of your self.

Yes you will lose weight, but you will also lose a lot of things your body needs, water, nutrients things like that. if you make yourself throw up the acid from your vomit will start to eat away at your teeth if you do it long enough. Eat what you've been eating just smaller portions and exercise is always good.

Not really you will just get dehydrated. Apparently 91% of people who throw up after meals are of average weight cos its impossible to throw up everything and you tend to overeat if you think its all coming up later anyway. The exercise is a good idea though.

Exercise and diet are the key. Vomiting is NOT good for you.
Watch what you eat... eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and get plenty of aerobic exercise. You don't need to run.. jog... hurl yourself over the neighbors hedge... just walk... briskly... for at least 45 minutes a day.
Can you find time to walk for an hour a day? Good!
Watch what you eat.... eat smaller portions... get out and walk for an hour each day... and don't even THINK about vomiting as a way of losing weight.

You have problems! Why would you want to do that to your body.. if you do it you will just gain it all back and then some! Why dont you try to get on a healthy diet and exercise regularly and then you will get fit and healthy! If you make yourself throw up you will mess your teeth up and your hair will fall out over time.. along with killing yourself.. be wise! Love who you are ..

Bulimia is a serious diease and even if you say you will only throw up for one week serious problems could occur and you could later decide again to do it and become too thin i suggest simply eating a balance diet excersize and being HEALTHY!!

YES U WOULD LOSE WEIGHT PLENTY OF WIGHT BUT SOON U WILL START THROWING UP BLOOD BECAUSE UR STOMACHE CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING ELSE TO GET OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM AND IF U KEEP MAKING YOURSELF THROW UP KNOWING THERE'S BLOOD U SOON WELL FAINT AND GET SENT TO THE EMERGENCY TRUST ME I'M A PERSON FROM EXPERIENCE

if you continuously throw up whatever you eat, you will not be able to exercise. you're more likely to pass out before you even break a sweat. try exercising and eating healthy, like salads, grilled chicken, and veggies. eating less will obviously help too.
