We have community showrs at my school its a school u live in with other guys in dorms anyway everyone showers in their swimming trunks and I dont know how this can be healthy or clean how do I clean my parts? I had a tooth that was filled and started hurting when I ate with it and hurt when I had hot or cold on it. I have a temp. cap on it but it is still sinceative to cold and hot and still hurts,does this mean I need a root canel? or will this get better or what does it mean?

I dont eat bad. The only meat I eat is chicken and I dont eat chips or drink soda its mostly yougurt and fruit. Occasionally pasta and lots of veggies. I was taking .1 of Synthroid but had to stop when I became pregnant.
