I dont have hypothroidism, but if your not taking medicine, try oatstraw tincture and organic chickweed.

I think you need to get a 2nd medical opinion on taking the Synthroid. I have a healthy 5 yr old that my OB/GYN very sternly stressed that I needed to keep taking my thyroid medicine while I was pregnant. Having an irregular thyroid can affect other areas of your health.

I was taking .15 at the time of that pregnancy and everything is fine.

Errr....maybe getting back on Synthroid would help!! Why would you stop taking it when you got pregnant anyways? That is totally safe to use during pregnancy. By the way, don't think you should be trying to lose weight while you are pregnant.

You shouldn't worry about weight gain while pregnant, unless your doctor specifically has a concern about it. Deal with the weight loss after you deliver. Good luck!!!
