no....actually in the morning when we wake up we are taller with 0.5 cm
that's because during the day there is a Lot of pressure on your spine and flats ur spinal bones ( that's not the right word but i don't know how to say it in English...it preses ur spinal bones)

If you mean stuns,yes it does.If you mean stunts,no it doesn't ,your just stunned from sleeping in to late.
