I was drinking vitamin water for a while but then i realized it has alot of carbs in it. But im wondering if anyone knows if drinking flavored water is just as healthy as drinking regular water..

I'm a guy. 5'5" 180 pounds. Might be a little more. I want to lose this before school lets out. So I have a while to do this. I'm unhealthy. Eat junk food and drink too much coke. Tryin to give Coke up again like last school year. I lost 10 pounds by giving up Coke and eating healthier. I need a better way to start. It was pretty much a crash diet. Bleh. I want to keep this weight off. P.E. should help. And I could use techniques and other things. I appreciate it.

There was no coffee left in the house this morning - my worst nightmare. Although I do not class myself as a heavy coffee drinker (maybe 3 cups a day) if I do not have that cup when I first get up I get headaches and feel terrible.

I don't want to give up coffee all together (it is my only guilty pleasure!), but I would like to be able to break this cycle of having to have a cup first thing in the morning.

Do you have any tips for what I could do to break my bodies dependence on caffeine without giving it up all together?

My grandson cries at night because of gas. If I give him the anti gas Mylicon (sp?) stuff according to directions for small children, it does help but then he gets diahrea the next day.
What food should we avoid ( of course I don't give him beans or onions or even broccoli) what BABY foods should I avoid?
Is there any help for gas that does not cause diahrea? He can not sleep when he gets that way.
Otherwise he is a healthy, active (walking), 15 month old boy.

I've had my period for about almost 2 years and it's been regular for the past 1 and 1/2. It was supposed to come yesterday and it didn't, no sign today either.... No, I didn't have sex! But my cousin is getting married this weekend and I was really hoping that it wouldn't come then and I just want to know if it's going to come or not... I think it might be late because my last cycle lasted for an extra 2 days, could that be why it is/may be 2 days late? Would it still last the same amount of time though, because it came late? But I also went back to school and that's added quite a bit of stress and I only get 6-7 hours of sleep a night vs. the 10 I was used to. Basically, what are the chances of my getting it this weekend?

Im 16, but ive got a son who's one month old. I live him to bits, but ever since he's been born everyone's been making me feel like crap, calling me common and just generally lowering my self esteem. It wasn't my or the mother's fault she got pregnant, it was dodgy protection (ie split) and im just trying to be a half decent father. Does anyone know how i can get more self-esteem? I have encountered this odor which has a similarity to maybe,.. baby vomit,..(dont laugh its true.) on one occassion. It has lead to a previous question on yahoo answers but now I want to know why that smell exists. Children are being punished (detention) for going to the bathroom during class. They have three minutes to get to each class in time or they get detention for being late. I feel that this is wrong that students are being punished for having normal bodily functions and that this is physically and mentally harmful to the children.

this is an embarrassing question but i got to ask it so please be honest and answer.ok here what happens when i masterbate i get abdominal pain and when i pass the urine i feel burning sensation in my penus which becomes quite painfull during pee. it last for few hours, another thing is when i have sex with my wife the tip of my penus gets rashes and becomes red with red dots around it which last for few days. i know its a common issue among men but i need to know whats can i do to prevent this happening, if its an infection then do i need to take any medicine or does it go away by itself? i went to doctor he didnt suggest me anything beside a cream for my penus that relieves the redness but doesnt cure it forever. my main concern is pain after masterbating and burning of the penus after and before passing the urine. i know this infection might be caused of antibiotics but i need a solution for this problem.please be wise and advise if u been thru this situation or currently facing

A shadowing gallstone (Whatever that means) in my gall bladder. Gall stone is mobile. Gall bladder is not inflammed and I have no infection. But It hurts and I feel sick and weak and a little upset stomach. Whole abdoman area hurts and is bloated. Have appointment Friday for ref. to whatever Doc. (HMO's are a pain) What are the down sides of removeing your gall bladder?

Okay, the people I talk to keep telling me I'm unhealthy and very antisocial. I hardly talk to anybody, I always have my nose in a book or staring off into space thinking about particularly nothing, I hardly talk to anybody, hardly smile at all anymore, all of that good crap. But I've been living with it--- loneliness? depression?--- for a few years now to the point where I hardly notice it... the problem is that i hardly trust anybody (long story) and I'm just wondering if I should go see somebody and if that will bring any good results.
