My husband contracted HIV more then 5 years ago. He beleives he is a non-progressor. I am 8 months pregnant and I am HIV negitive. Am I unable to contract HIV from him?

wow...and your having a baby?did you get pregnant after you knew there wld be a risk for HIV? Im not trying to be mean or rude but why?if thats the case hun......

Lady, you put yourself and your child at risk. This kind of behavior is exactly why in some African countries there are more orphans under 18 than adults. You must stop having sex with your husband at once! I hate to sound unsympathetic, because I do feel for you, but you must stop now before it's too late. Your husband needs to be a man and take responsibility for his actions. Sex is not so important that he puts your life in jeopardy. He is sending you a message that getting off for him is more important than your health and even more important than your life. Get counseling now!

no such thing HIV is HIV it will progress and YES you absolutely CAN pass it on
