I was drinking vitamin water for a while but then i realized it has alot of carbs in it. But im wondering if anyone knows if drinking flavored water is just as healthy as drinking regular water..

Some of the flavored waters have added sugar and therefore added calories. Here's a good link to check out the nutritional value of vitamin water.

No Is not as healthy as regular water. The Aspartame or splenda that is used to sweeten them are not good for you.

It's just as healthy for you if not even better because it has added vitamins and minerals!! Gatorades Propel is very good!!

flavored water has nothing in it except artifical sweetner, no calories,carbs nothing you can get sams choice flavored water at walmart around 2 for $1.00
