back problems lung problems or other ailments, iam doing my own research because i cant believe this is all in my head. i got the panick attacks after getting blood clots to the lungs after knee surgery
to which i was hit by a car as a pedestrian,
i also smashed the windscreen with my head so maybe these attacks are neurological.i get all the symptoms you all discribe but with my back and neck problems i wonder if it is like a collective muscle spasm of many internal muscles at once or a response to constant pain or even a minor epyleptic episode. i found caffine can enduce them. also being tired from not enough hours sleep. i just cant believe there is so many people out there that get these dammed things. it like some new unresolved illness of the 20th century.
i found not eating nuts reduces them so may even be an food allergy response. iam tired of going to emergency wards to find nothing wrong with me to the point that if something serious does take it gets ignored.

They do not always have physical ailments. There are physical illnesses that have symptoms that mimic panic attacks.
