I am thin now, but not as thin as I'd like to be. I want a flatter stomach, and good abs. I'd also like to change my diet a bit to stay thin and healthy. I am 5 feet tall exactly, and I'm fourteen. I weigh about 95 lbs. I don't eat a lot of junk food now. My eating habbits might not be correct, but this is what I usually do:
Breakfast: Most of the time nothing, but sometimes a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: a yogurt, and a few bites of whatever my friends feel like sharing (maybe a few goldfish and animal crackers.)
Dinner: Whatever my parents make, but sometimes I give in to the junk. (ex: pizza every once in a while and fast food like once every 2 weeks)
Snack: usually not much. Maybe a Special-K bar
Drink: Cranberry juice and water. rarely soda
Please give me your suggestions on keeping my diet healthy (meal suggestions and healthy snacks) and some exercises for a flat stomach and great abs. Thank you soooo much! ♥
