Everyone wants to lose weight fast. The only problem with this, is you tend to gain it right back. Losing weight slowly with the proper diet, cardio and weight training is the only sure way of losing weight and keeping it off. Get moving by jogging, taking up a cardio/aerobics class or even purchase some exercise DVD's, lift weights, and just eat healthy. Plenty of lean proteins, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and low fat dairy are what you'll need. Good luck!

Only eat Proteins and Fruits.( 5 times per day ) RUN alot for cardio and go up and down stairs fast for 20 minutes a day. You will lose weight FAST and get a nice butt in the process.

Sorry you will have to wait six weeks if you want to do it the right way. Lifting weights everyday is best and a balanced diet. Turbojam is awesome and myfooddiary.com is what I use to see if I have been eating right. Make sure you eat half of everything you normally eat.
