yes, how about exercise. You're not eating healthy...you're just not eating at all which is very unhealthy. The less you eat, the slower your metabolism gets....I'm not saying go out and eat a lot of junk food. But a salad, fish (not fried), white meat....all those are good for you as long as you eat in portions. Eat every 2-3 hours and work out. Drink a lot of liquids...

I know this won't be the first time you'll hear this but...EAT BREAKFAST! Your best bet is to eat a balanced meal. By meal I am not refering to yogurt and goldfish. Try this:
Breakfast:
Cereal, piece of fruit and milk or toast with peanut butter and jelly, fruit, and milk.
Snack:
Trail mix and water or small cup of nuts and water.
Lunch:
Instead of a sandwich with bread, make it with lettuce. Like a lettuce wrap. Have a few pieces of chicken, the non-breaded kind. Juice. I know it must be hard since you're in school, but don't stress too much about it.
Snack:
Celery with peanut butter (organic or low-fat) with raisins on top or a piece of string cheese.
Dinner:
White rice, veggies, and salmon or chicken. Chicken salad with a light vinnaigrette dressing. The creamy dressings aren't too good for you.
Dessert:
Small cup of sherbert or a small piece of angel food cake (it's fat free)
It's much better to eat multiple small meals a day rather than 3 large meals or not even eating. Try going for a run between your snack and dinner. Good old sit-ups and crunches will help you out. Sit almost Indian style, but try placing the bottoms of your feet together and putting your knees as close to the floor as possible and continue (like you're making a buttlerfly with your legs) and then do some sit ups that way. Don't burn yourslef out by trying to do 100 sit-ups in one shot. Do them in reps. Start off with 5 reps of 10. Take a 20 second break in between your reps. Work your way up to reps of 20. If you have a medicine ball, those are great too. Lay on your tummy on your ball wth your tiptoes touching the ground. Lift one leg at a time up behiund you. Hold it there for a few seconds and slowly lower it back ot the ground (don't just let your leg drop down). Start with 5 reps of 10 for those too. Do you have a small bench, no more than a foot off the ground, step up and back down with one leg and then switch the the other side. Keep your knees bent and you should always wear good shoes while working out (even if it's just some sit-ups). Good luck but please don't strive to look like Nicole Ricci.

The biggest improvement I think you can make in your diet is to stop skipping breakfast. When you don't eat breakfast your metabolism slows down, and you don't burn as much fat during the day. Besides that, just keep eating healthy and do sit-ups and crunches. If you can, get an ab-roller, it's a little wheel with handles on the sides that lets you keep your knees in one place and roll your upper body back and forth, extending you out, and gives your abs a great workout, especially since you can do it from all angles.

Don't ever skip a meal. Try to eat every 2-3 hours. This will keep your glucose levels balanced and reduce fat storage when you do finally eat. Eat a good balance of carbs, proteins and fats and workout on a regular basis. You can't spot reduce fat and a low saturated fat diet combined with cardio and weight training will help you achieve the flat abs you desire. By the looks of it, you don't eat enough anyway. You should never let your calories drop below 1200 a day and you seem to be eating a lot of carbs. Balance it out, exercise and you'll begin to notice results. Good luck!

For breakfast eat Special K with lowfat milk and an apple. Lunch eat a turkey wrap on whole wheat with a little cheddar cheese, 2 pieces of turkey, a teaspoon of mustard. With an orange and water. For dinner eat a large salad with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, crutons, 1/4 cup of cheese. Keep drinking water throughout the day. And cut back on soda. Also do 50-100 situps a day. Your stomach will be flat in no time. Good luck!

Sounds like you dont eat too much protein. Balancing carbohydrate rich foods like cereal with a protein rich food will help stop your body from storing the energy as fat. Also drink alot of water and run regulary, like a mile a day, to help tone your body. Light weight lifting wouldnt hurt either. Using these things, i have lost 42 pounds in the past 8 months
