I've had my period for about almost 2 years and it's been regular for the past 1 and 1/2. It was supposed to come yesterday and it didn't, no sign today either.... No, I didn't have sex! But my cousin is getting married this weekend and I was really hoping that it wouldn't come then and I just want to know if it's going to come or not... I think it might be late because my last cycle lasted for an extra 2 days, could that be why it is/may be 2 days late? Would it still last the same amount of time though, because it came late? But I also went back to school and that's added quite a bit of stress and I only get 6-7 hours of sleep a night vs. the 10 I was used to. Basically, what are the chances of my getting it this weekend?

You'll probably get your period in the next day or so, and it will probably taper off by the week-end! Sorry, but better late than NEVER!

stress may change a cycle and sometimes cycles just change as a normal part of how your body works. Unfortunately, unless you are on the pill, you can't predict exactly when your period will come, even if you are regular.

a period doesn't have a real schedule to go by... lots of factors influence it... at times, it seems to have a mind of its own by popping up when you don't want it or least expect it or not coming for a while... give it some time... it'll come eventually...
