I'm a guy. 5'5" 180 pounds. Might be a little more. I want to lose this before school lets out. So I have a while to do this. I'm unhealthy. Eat junk food and drink too much coke. Tryin to give Coke up again like last school year. I lost 10 pounds by giving up Coke and eating healthier. I need a better way to start. It was pretty much a crash diet. Bleh. I want to keep this weight off. P.E. should help. And I could use techniques and other things. I appreciate it.

Well i have a plan for you you need to leave all those junk food Pepsi, pasta, bakeries. Then you need to exercise 30 min a day jogging or walking then you need to eat only 3 times a day. One morning then afternoon then at 5:00 is your last time to eat. After 6:00 clock you cant eat anything and if u do this for a week you will lose alot of weight like i did.

I've learned that moderation and excersize help so much. if you drink 3 cokes a day just make it one or two and if you eat 8 candy bars eat 3 or 4 instead. it will help and once your good with less then just go a little less and sooner or later you wil be happy. and try substitution if you want a snack instead of chips have an apple or any other thing that is just better. apples are my candy they are sweet and healthy. if you just improve a little it will help alot. and excersize dont kill your self just excersize a little. anything better than (even just a little) the bad is still better

You should try to exercise and workout. What's your weight goal? Do a lot of cardio for losing fat & tone your body by doing the more versatile workouts. I'm guessing it's hard for you to give up Coke, but you should try. Eat healthier. Instead of looking for something good to your tastebuds, eat something more healthy. Go for an apple or something. Just work with me here, okay? Lol. :)

One of my best-working weight-loss techniques is to stop late-night snacks. After dinner (no later than 730!), I won't eat anything until breakfast the next day. That way, it will cut out junk food late at night.

But the main ingredient for weight loss is discipline. So, if you make it a priority, then it will work for you.

Weight lifting class.. help convert the bad fat to muscle.. also might want to try a kick boxing sport.

To stay away from the junk.. just portion control it.. if you try to kick it all at once.. you'll find that you only end up binge eating..

AND.. always have a buddy who is supportive.. somebody who'll take interest in what you need to to.. like weight lifting.. opposite sex.. so you have somebody to impress after all the hard work..

:D Have fun with it.. don't make it an obsession.. enjoy your youth.

Quit the coke!!!
Drink lots of water all day it cleanses your body!!!
You know what to do ... quit that junk food!!!!
Popcorn is a great snack, as well as fruits & veggies with dip!
Walking is the easiest exercise to start with and so good for you!
You can do it...just set your mind to it!!!

yes yes..if ur home and exercizing by urself..you usually don't feel like it./bored..and don't try as hard..go to PE..where there are ppl..and I know you might know this and I don't want to soound like a parent or w/e. but don't crash diet..it saves the fat from the last time you ate...because ur body is thinking that it is starving..which is not good..just eat ur meat..and vegetables.. but don't use too much oil.. it takes a while..but hey..no pain no gain..i think that's it is..sry if I had the saying wrong.. :)

Just do it. - See Dr. first and ask him wch diet he could recommened, then join a gym. Get off of junk foods and get organic and healthy foods. Do it as a way of life.
