I'm 17 years old. these past few months, i've been eating excessively. i have gained 5 whole kilograms, and i want to get back in shape and lose thise excess weight.
I know i am still growing and i don't want to do any drastic diet. So, i decided to have 3 meals a day and just cut off the junk.
but the problem is that at lunch i just crave tasty food. For 2 weeks i've tried eating a healthy sandwich filled with boiled chicken and some vegetables, but i crave tasty things, and i just end up buying a chocolate cake or a piece of fried chicken! Can you suggest something good, that will both satisfy my hunger and my cravings?
