change your diet and exercise. Exercise can include just taking a walk around the block each night. It doesnt have to be much at first. It will be a slow hard process, but you'll look and more importanly feel much better.

Being fat is not always the cause of high blood pressure. I have been thin all my life and began having high blood pressure at the age of 39. The doctors can find no reason and they say it must just be in my genes, since my mother and her mother also had it. Losing weight and regular exercise might help you, but you need to be on medication too. High blood pressure can cause a stroke, so you should take this seriously and see a doctor soon.

u are a fatty means lot of fats so to reduce the fats and the blood pressure
1] do a lot exercises everyday
2] try to consume less fat content food

From your name, it appears that you are an Indian. So you have access to all those devotional TV channels like aastha, etc. Do Yoga. You need to do the following yogas -- Kapal-bhati anf Aalom-Bilom. Learn these from the chanels. Watch and follow Swami Ramdev's program. There is nothing like the two yogas mentioned.

Is it high blood pressure you have? There is medication you can take to control it. Plus try to exersise and eat healthy food.

don't worry. just do this for 07 days and after tell me about your health.
leave fats e.g. butter, ghee, cheese, milk, curd etc.
put less salt in yr food
eat boiled vegitable and fruits as much as u can so that u can have yr food less. have salad in yr food.
drink 01 ltr normal water when u get up. drink water as much u can before having food.
just control yr toung for 07 days and see results

if your problem is only blodd pressure then it is quite simple to control it.But it the BP is combined with any other then u have to take medicines regularly. if only bp is the problem then my simple advice as follows
1)excersice regularly
2)Control ur food
3)Reduce the oil, coffine,salt
this is based on my experience

Loose the weight see your Dr. and listen to what he/she says
