HELP! is there any cure for premature ejaculation?

my bf has this problem and it is really bothering him and of course it is bothering me too, i mean somtimes it does not even last 10 minutes!!!!! help

real world is that 10 minutes is not considered "premature" ejaculation.

the concept of "premature" ejaculation is that you *** BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.

I haven't personally had a problem with ejaculating too soon, but, the advice that he should "get one off beforehand" usually is a good idea. - 2nd time around for me usually takes 3 or 4x as long as the first one.
