a male may reach climax after 8 minutes of sexual intercourse, but this is not premature ejaculation if his partner regularly climaxes in 5 minutes and both are satisfied with the timing. Another male might delay his ejaculation for a maximum of 20 minutes, yet he may consider this premature if his partner, even with foreplay, requires 35 minutes of stimulation before reaching climax

1.Foreplay will help u
2.stop-start or squeeze-pause technique popularized by Masters and Johnson.
3.In a young male,he can achieve another erection in a few minutes following an episode of premature ejaculation, he may find that his control is much better the second time
4.If that doesnot help one can use fluoxetine 10 mg/day
5.Viagara

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/R0aP8

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

real world is that 10 minutes is not considered "premature" ejaculation.

the concept of "premature" ejaculation is that you *** BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.

:-)

Is he multi-orgasmic?
Can he 'get it up again' right after sex?

I haven't personally had a problem with ejaculating too soon, but, the advice that he should "get one off beforehand" usually is a good idea. - 2nd time around for me usually takes 3 or 4x as long as the first one.

In my love life, we usually work on oral sex to completion for the first go-round, so that the "penetration" can be longer.

You might want to consider that as an alternative.

My suggestion is to try a natural delay eyaculation product like the Difresh Tauro. It will help you to control and delay your ejaculation. You can read more information in "Difresh Shop" in internet.

Surgical cure is circumcision. The same operation is sometimes performed for medical reasons. Circumcision can be performed under local anesthesia. Hygienically, it is viewed favorably, in as much as inflammations caused by the accumulation of smegma under the foreskin are thereby avioded. A study conducted by Dr.Ravich, Chief of the Institute of Applied Biology in New York, indicates that cancer of the penis occurs rarely in people who are circumcised. Circumcision is also recommended in cases of premature ejaculation, as a means of overcoming hypersensitivity. Where as in Europe -excluding England- only jewish males are circumcised, in the united states all of the Jewish and 40 per cent of non-jewish males
are circumcised.
