I am 28 and this has always been the case for me. Usually thin/slender young women have this and it is not a problem or danger in any way. There is nothing to do about it except to wear sunscreen on your hands (as well as any other exposed part of your body) every day to avoid sun damage that will age your skin.

Don't worry about it, it is something that makes you unique. Even better? If you ever need an IV at the hospital...you will very likely never have to get poked more than once because your veins are so easy to find.

I don't think that there is a cure. That's just how your body is. I'm 40 something and mine have always been elevated.

Unfortunately its normal. I'm 25 and have raised veins in my hands and feet, so wearing heels is kind of depressing for me...

You don't need a CURE for something that isn't wrong. They're perfectly normal.

it's normal for them to be raised. there may be times when they are not as raised as other times. always use lotion or you will end up with very old looking hands at a young age.
