put five different alarm clocks in separate places in your room with the loudest setting. Ask your friends to hide all the clocks, so you need to wake up to find them all every minute

You may have a medical problem and not getting quality sleep. Talk to your doctor maybe a sleep study will be needed. I was the same way. I knew I was a snorer, but I didn't know I stopped berating for up to a minuet at a time several times a night, and wake up tired now matter how long I slept
Sleep Apnea is a very dangerous problem.

1. you turn on like 5 alarms and put them in different spots of the room then when you hear one you get up and turn them all off and since they are all over by the time youve run around the room turning them off you will be awake
2. do what my friend did for his children and make a mechanical bed that lifts up the head part of the bed until you slip off. in his contraption, after 5 minutes if the alarm wasnt shut off, the bed rose up dumping the person off the bed. always worked and a pretty neat invention too

Buy one of those alarm clocks with the two bells on top. When I lived in a dorm, my neighbor had one of these and it woke me up every morning!
