Well, they do circumsize girls in certain countries, and like another poster said, if she was young enough when they did it, she might not remember. But those types of things are very very traumatic for the girls, as I've heard that the girls are awake with absolutely no pain killers, and chances are, you'd remember something like that.
But yes, it is possible she was just born without one. Like another poster said, sometimes it happens. It's rare, but sometimes malformations happen. But you know, it could be her boyfriend just doesn't know what's looking for. lol My clitiris is very small, even when aroused it doesn't stick out at all, but it most definitely there. Tell her not to take her boyfriend's word for it. He's not a professional. Tell her to look at herself with a handheld mirror and find out. She'll know just by looking at herself. And if she's still not sure, she needs to go see a doctor. But chances are, her boyfriend just doesn't know what he's looking at.

Female circumcision is the wrong word and idea. If the clitoris is removed it is genital mutilation. It should be banned by the World Health Organization. A male might have been circumsised wherein the end of the foreskin is removed at birth. The sensitive glans (knob) is never cut.
I knew a woman once who had more of an area of sensitivity where her clitoris might haved been. She climaxed beautifully.

yes.nuslims do this as they find it better for a woman to have no sexual desire.also some cruel people do this.actually i was circumcised because my stepmother wanted to punish me.God bless ur friend.i know how she feels.she'll feel she is too much less than any other girl.exactly like rape.and it's a wrong belief that circumcision lessen sexual desire.because it doesn't make it less.but it makes it unable to be satisfied.
and yes she may not know if it was done when she was young

yes it's possible. not everyone develops perfectly. you can be born without some things and also have extra things. some people are hermaphrodites and have male & female genitalia. i'm not saying this is what your friend is - it's just an example. if your friend is worried then she should be examined by a physician not a boyfriend.

Clitoris circumcise is still in practice in some African countries. I read it some where. If they do it in young age, probably she may not be knowing it.
