I'm on a weight gain program because I've recently been very ill and lost 40 pounds, so the doctors have me taking in 2500 calories (WHICH IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE...my goodness). Most of my calories are coming from carbs and natural sugars, some unnatural sugars because that seems easiest to me...like fruit, sorbet, fruit juice, jam etc. but i don't know if that's healthy, or if that will put on "healthy" weight for me. I DONT want to gain all the weight back in just my stomach!!! I want to gain it back all over, evenly! So I was wondering if anyone had food reccomendations that help with that...and I know that a lot of you will reccomend excercise, and i know that...it's just that right now i'm still recovering and too weak to weight train, though i do a little bit of walking during the day. Any Advice?
